This was my follow-up demo album to the 7-song "Untitled" demo from earlier in the year. Unlike the previous set of songs, these recordings were written and recorded from October-December 2001 at the place where I was living in Pasadena, CA at the time. These songs were generally more experimental and would come to better represent what I would end up doing (musically) for all of the following Of Puritans And Lepers recordings: often long-winded experimental soundscapes. This was the last "album" where singing was present. There would be a song here and there later on with my singing, but I would come to prefer instrumental music since I don't care much for my own singing voice.
